Requirements
- Doctoral degree in educational measurement or a closely related field from a nationally recognized institution of higher education
- A minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience, preferably encompassing the full range of psychometric issues encountered in operational assessment programs
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate workflow exploration, prototyping, innovation, or analytical processes
- Experience developing linear test forms and designing field test plans
- Experience establishing CAT programs, conducting simulations, and evaluating results
- Knowledge of common scaling and equating designs sufficient to design approaches, execute and author technical documentation
- Strong oral, written, and business communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate how state and national educational policy and context influence operational assessment work
