Senior Software Engineer

Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions with expertise in Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Deep expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows & Automation, Salesforce APIs & Integrations, Salesforce architecture & governor limits
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce security model
• Experience with DevOps, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives
• AI / Agentforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI capabilities, Understanding of AI-driven workflows & conversational design, Experience integrating AI agents into enterprise processes, Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI, and data privacy
• Data Cloud Expertise: Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Data Cloud, Understanding of data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, Experience with real-time activation & personalization use cases, Knowledge of data governance & compliance frameworks
