Specialist, Content Developer MFL and English Teaching and Learning

We are seeking a Specialist, Content Developer to join our MFL and English team. The successful candidate will develop high-quality resources for our portfolio and work closely with other team members, suppliers, and freelancers. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel expected.

Requirements

• Proven editorial skills and hands-on experience of working with digital, interactive educational content for young learners in a publishing environment
• Experience of briefing, overseeing and working collaboratively with freelancers and/or suppliers
• Ability to use technology within workflows, including working with digital tools and using AI to find efficiencies
• Passion for languages and literacy and an understanding of or desire to learn about how to best support students and teachers in these subjects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in teams
• Proactive, able to take responsibility and to work autonomously on your given area, whilst also being willing to help out wherever you’re most needed
• Proven organisational, problem-solving and project management skills, while working on complex projects and/or multiple projects and deadlines at once
