Job Description
The Maintenance position requires a strong work ethic, excellent attendance record, and basic knowledge of industrial electrical circuits. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment, as well as adhering to USDA rules and requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent work and attendance record
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical circuits
- Knowledge of electronics and PLC programming
- Ability to run conduit and make field splices
- Troubleshooting, overhaul, repair, and maintenance of plant hydraulics
- Performance of routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs
- Basic welding and cutting skills
- Setup, operation, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment
- Familiarity with Lock out/Tag out safety procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills and positive attitude
- Knowledge of USDA rules and requirements
- Safety oriented
- Ability to lift and carry 80lbs
- Flexibility to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
- Ability to work overtime if needed
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
