Job Description
Fulfilling all duties as necessary, described within the Refrigeration Operator job description, & abiding by all the requirements. Execute complex repairs & major overhauls to system components & associated equipment, troubleshoot root causes & determine proper repairs, etc.
Requirements
- 2 years of verifiable Ammonia Refrigeration experience preferred
- Experience with operation & maintaining ammonia refrigeration systems in excess of 10,000 pounds of ammonia
- RETA based Industrial Ammonia Operator training program preferred
- Hazmat training preferred
- Knows machines & tools, including their designs, uses, repair, & maintenance
- Possesses the skills needed to repair, maintain, & troubleshoot machinery
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to use critical thinking to identify strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems
