Job Description
The Pedder Automotive Group, founded in 2008, operates seven dealerships in Southern California specializing in Nissan, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands. The Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through the purchase process, and building long-term customer relationships. They will manage sales leads, maintain customer databases, and stay updated on new products.
Requirements
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies
- Manage sales leads and respond to inquiries
- Maintain an ongoing customer database
- Excellent follow up and follow through skills
- Internet savvy, have good computer skills, and excellent organizational skills
