Job Description
Pedders Suspension & Brakes is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their Campbellfield location. The role involves supporting the day-to-day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity, with opportunities for career progression and industry-leading training.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Installer, Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Brake Mechanic, Automotive Service Technician, Mechanical installer (with basic wheel alignment preferred)
- Leadership or management experience with the ability to foster a positive culture
- Experience working with different vehicle makes and models
- Full driver's license with manual driving ability
- Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
