Lineworker Apprentice 3

This position is responsible for performing duties required in the operation, maintenance, construction and repair of transmission and distribution systems. The job involves demonstrating mastery and continuing duties of Apprentice 1 and Apprentice 2, constructing and maintaining overhead and underground electric lines and equipment, and inspecting existing primary and secondary power lines and substation equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of Department of Labor approved Lineman Apprenticeship Program requirements for Apprentice Level 2
• Operate PEC vehicle(s) for business purposes
• Maintain driver eligibility through valid Texas Driver's License
