Pediatric Palliative Care Physician

Role Overview

The Department of Pediatrics' Division of Pediatric Palliative Care at Emory University is seeking a Pediatric Palliative Care Physician. The Pediatric Palliative Care Program is an interdisciplinary program that engages in clinical care, research, community outreach, education, and oversight of institutional policy relevant to pediatric palliative care.

What You Will Do

Provide palliative and related medical care, serve as a palliative care resource, complete necessary documentation, participate in quality improvement and research, and participate in meetings and activities to support operations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care
• Completed a fellowship in Pediatric Palliative Care and Hospice Medicine
• Current Georgia medical license or eligible for Georgia medical license
• Current DEA registration
• BLS certification
• PALS or NRP certification
