Occupational Therapy Assistant - Sherwood

Pediatrics Plus is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Assistants (CTOs) to provide occupational therapy treatment to children ages 0-21 years in a pediatric healthcare provider setting. CTOs will be responsible for scheduling, documentation, and administration of therapy, while collaborating with parents, administration, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care. The role involves providing therapy to a wide age range of children and participating in performance reviews.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted occupational therapy assistant license as approved by the Arkansas state licensing board
• Current NBCOT certification
• Ability to work with children from birth to age 21
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet software)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Physical stamina for walking, running, and standing
