Medical Assistant

PedIM Healthcare is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide high-quality care to patients in a supportive and uplifting work environment. The role involves assisting healthcare professionals, interacting with patients, and ensuring clinical operations are smooth. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for patient triage, direct patient care, and various office procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical training and certification preferred
• Knowledge of business office procedures
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to greet patients and answer phones professionally
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Time management skills
• Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors
