Job Description
We're seeking an Engineering Manager to support and shape the future of the Port of Heysham, driving improvements in site-wide maintenance and engineering standards while leading a small team and managing contractors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in engineering and facilities management/maintenance in environments such as ports, logistics, warehouse, or other industrial settings;
- Strong supervisory background with the ability to lead teams and manage contractors;
- A proactive mindset and the drive to take ownership of varied operational and engineering challenges;
- Experience working cross-functionally with third-party providers and contractors to maintain and improve site infrastructure;
