Job Description
This role requires someone hands-on, capable of handling the A to Z of accounting operations including, but not limited to, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow management, and internal controls alongside our existing accountant.
Requirements
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems.
- Support management by providing insights into financial processes and improving efficiencies.
- Liaise with external financial institutions for day-to-day financial matters.
- Collaborate with external auditors for monthly and annual audit processes
