Job Description
IT Manager responsible for driving user adoption, improving processes, and enabling digital transformation across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in IT Management, Sales/Marketing, or related specializations (preferred).
- Certifications such as SAP, PMP, or ITIL are an added advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of IT leadership experience within Supply Chain or Manufacturing, preferably in FMCG or Life Sciences sectors.
- Proven experience in IT business partnering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working in matrix environments with multicultural and virtual teams.
