Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate)
- Experience in executive search, professional hiring, or white-collar recruitment is preferred
- Strong sourcing and interview assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple job mandates concurrently
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team player with a positive attitude
