Job Description
Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, and logistics is sought for a confidential logistics organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing new business in the UAE logistics market.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight operations, warehousing, and value-added logistics services.
- Established network of clients across key industries (retail, FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, etc.).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close complex logistics deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
