Job Description
Peerless-AV is a leading designer and manufacturer of award-winning audio solutions. We are looking for a CNC Setup and Run Operator to setup and operate Mitsubishi Sheet Laser, Trumpf 2510 Laser, Trumpf Tube Laser, and Trumpf CNC Combo machines.
Requirements
- High School Degree Preferred or 5 years relative experience
- 5 years’ experience of CNC Lasers and/or Punches preferable Trumpf Machines and controls, programs and trouble shooting ability
- Use of measuring equipment (micrometer, caliper, tape measurer)
- Familiarity with Punch Control and Windows Operating System
- Blueprint reading experience
- Safety conscious and knowledgeable of machine safety areas, buttons, warning list barriers, overhead mirrors, and emergency switches
- Basic understanding of mathematics
- Knowledge of programming language 'G' code and hands on ability to service and maintain the machine
