Job Description
We are looking for a senior data scientist for a contract to possible full time opportunity to partner with our PED (Product, Engineering, Design) teams and our diverse business units to help them understand our users, our product performance and our marketplace as a whole.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or similar functions
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience building visualizations with Tableau, Looker or similar BI platforms
- Proficient in communicating insights to business partners
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and prioritize an analytics roadmap in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Experience applying statistics and experiment design in a business context
- Experience in at least one data-oriented language like Python, R or Julia
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering)
