7–10 years of construction management experience, ACI Concrete Certification and OSHA Safety Certification, valid driver's license, and ability to interpret inspection reports

High school degree, 2 years of experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction, and valid driver's license
Building Energy Inspector
High school diploma, HERS Rater certification, 2 years of work experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction
Residential Construction Risk Management Field Inspector
3-7 years of Residential Construction Experience, OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is not required but is a plus
Field Engineer In Training
High school diploma, 2 years of work experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction, and certification as a HERS Rater
