Residential Construction Risk Management Field Inspector
3-7 years of Residential Construction Experience and OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is a plus
Building Energy Inspector
High school degree, 2 years of experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction, and valid driver's license
Construction Risk Management Field Manager
7–10 years of construction management experience, ACI Concrete Certification and OSHA Safety Certification, valid driver's license, and ability to interpret inspection reports

High school diploma or equivalent, HERS Rater certification, and 2 years of experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction
