Pelago is a virtual clinic for Substance Use Management, and we're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own execution across our lifecycle and acquisition programs. This is a hybrid role with a high-collaboration rhythm and a strong focus on data analysis and experimentation.
Requirements
- Execute acquisition and lifecycle campaigns end-to-end, owning segmentation, targeting, QA, launch, and post-campaign analysis across email, direct mail, and paid channels
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in Iterable, with direct ownership of audience logic, journey architecture, and template QA
- Pull your own data and build your own analysis, writing queries, building dashboards, and translating cohort trends into decisions
- Contribute to Pelago's experimentation program, developing hypotheses, executing tests with operational precision, and applying learnings to future campaigns
- Partner with Data and Growth Ops to maintain data integrity, audience accuracy, and analytical rigor across the member funnel
- Bring AI-native thinking to your work, using AI tools to improve speed, copy quality, segmentation, and analysis
