Senior Accountant

Pelago is a virtual clinic for Substance Use Management, and they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The role will involve owning major parts of the month-end close process, maintaining data accuracy, and improving the control environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 or public accounting background preferred
• Deep command of US GAAP and financial accounting
• Strong systems fluency in Excel or Sheets and NetSuite experience
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Clear communication and ability to work across functions
