Job Description
Pelago is hiring a Senior Growth Engineer to build and optimize the technical systems that power member acquisition, activation, and early engagement. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, and requires strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, experience implementing and iterating on A/B tests, and a data-informed mindset.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience implementing and iterating on A/B tests to improve conversion and user flows
- Data-informed mindset, including event tracking and funnel analysis to guide experimentation and prioritization
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience collaborating with product and marketing partners in fast-paced, experimentation-driven environments
