Job Description
The Collector is responsible for working with members to negotiate satisfactory payment arrangements and maximize recoveries, managing a high volume of calls to collect and resolve charged-off loans and share accounts.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in consumer collections and skip-tracing
- Experience in a financial institution, collection agency, or law firm preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
