Job Description
Our Floaters receive an ADDITIONAL $2/hour on top of their already competitive hourly wage! The Teller Floater is responsible for assisting all members with their financial needs through various channels, including in-person, by video, by phone, and through text and digital messaging.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of continuous job experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and member service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT
