Pella Mid-Atlantic is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee installation and order verification programs. The role involves working with installers, sales teams, and customers to ensure a positive experience and high-quality installations.

Requirements

• Work with sub-contracted installers and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage installation and order verification capacity to meet customer demand
• Maintain job-site evaluation process to ensure requirements are fulfilled
• Oversee payout system for installations and track performance
• Communicate effectively with customers, installers, and sales staff
• Supervise non-exempt team members and independent sub-contracted installation crews
