Service Technician - windows and doors

Service Technician responsible for providing quality service visits to customers to inspect, repair, and adjust Pella windows and doors in the field.

Requirements

• Provide superb customer experience
• Complete work in an efficient, timely and accurate manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues in the field
• Replace glass in windows or doors
• Install items such as sashes, window shades, blinds, muntin, screens, etc.
• Maintain assigned Service vehicle and coordinates with Manager and Service Team as needed on vehicle maintenance requirements
