Job Description
Peloton is looking for a strategic and experienced leader to join our Legal team as Director of Product Safety. The role will be based in our Woodinville office. In this critical role, you will be responsible for setting Peloton’s legal strategy for matters relating to the safety of our innovative hardware and software products.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in good standing of at least one state bar
- 12+ years of progressive legal experience, with a deep focus on consumer product safety, product liability, and regulatory compliance
- Deep experience and familiarity with the CPSC, its regulations and its processes
- Extensive experience advising executives and boards of directors on high-stakes product safety and regulatory matters
- Proven track record of building or leading a product safety legal program
