Compliance Fleet Safety Administrator

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is hiring a Compliance Fleet Safety Administrator to join the Safety Programs and Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of driver and vehicle safety requirements, monitoring Hours of Service, compliance, and safety performance, and identifying and managing regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in fleet safety, transportation compliance, or trucking operations
• Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. regulatory frameworks, including National Safety Code standards and applicable transportation legislation
• Hands-on experience with fleet management and/or telematics platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and SAP at an intermediate to advanced level
