Job Description
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Land Senior Analyst and Land Negotiator Advisor to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will support land-related projects, negotiate and secure land rights, and ensure regulatory compliance. A minimum of 10+ years of progressive Surface Land experience is required, along with an Alberta Land Agent Licence or a Petroleum Land Administration Certificate.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive Surface Land experience, including both Crown and Freehold land management
- Holds, or is eligible to obtain, an Alberta Land Agent Licence or a Petroleum Land Administration Certificate
- Advanced proficiency with key industry and regulatory systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, GIS Mapping Software, OneStop, Kermit, AbaData, Land Titles (applicable jurisdictions), ISC, and Alberta Crown systems (ETS)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to exercise sound business judgment and apply analytical and problem-solving expertise
