Job Description
The Lead ML/AI Engineer will lead a team of engineers to design and implement MLOps pipelines, oversee production AI systems, and manage project delivery and issues for customer-facing projects. The role requires strong technical leadership, experience in MLOps, and proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or ML engineering
- 2+ years of experience in technical leadership, mentorship, or lead engineer capacity
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong production-level experience with containerization and container orchestration
- Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python or Go
