Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology

The School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Penn State Behrend invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position, at the rank of Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology, beginning August 2026. The successful candidate is expected to develop a vibrant undergraduate research program, seek external funding, contribute to our undergraduate and graduate curriculum, and join a collaborative academic community that uniquely blends the supportive atmosphere of a small college with the resources of a world-class R1 university.

Requirements

• Teach clinical and general undergraduate psychology courses
• Supervise graduate internships and research
• Maintain an active research agenda that engages undergraduate students
• Advise students and provide service to the school, college, and University
