Job Description
The Penn State Millennium Scholars Program seeks an innovative, energetic professional to fill the position of an Assistant Program Director. This position provides academic coaching and support to undergraduate students participating in the Millennium Scholars Program.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in STEM education, a STEM field, counselor education, college student personnel, higher education administration, or related fields
- 6+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Ability to work with students, advisors, associate deans, and faculty in six colleges
- Ability to engage with residence life, financial aid, and the Millennium Scholars Program Steering Committee
