Job Description
The Graduate Programming Assistant will support the development and delivery of professional development workshops, co-curricular educational opportunities, and academic support initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in event planning and execution, coordinating supply and catering orders, collaborating with graduate faculty and campus partners, and supporting logistical tasks across OGEEP initiatives.
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting educational programming, professional development, or student engagement initiatives
- Experience working with graduate students in an advising, mentoring, or programmatic capacity
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, students, and staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
