Job Description
Penn State is searching for a full-time Heating and Ventilating Technician - Grade 3 to join the team. The duties include service, maintenance, repair, and replacement of domestic and commercial heating and ventilating systems and auxiliary components.
Requirements
- Service, maintain, repair, and replace domestic and commercial heating and ventilating systems and auxiliary components
- Install and maintain chilled water air conditioning systems and related controls
- Adjust building and room controls to maintain prescribed temperature on heat and re-heat systems
- Inspect condensate stations to ensure proper operation of heating systems
- Direct the work of lower grade employees and apprentices as required
