Requirements
- Capture and create digital media content for online programs, events, and brand storytelling
- Demonstrate strong skills in photo capture and motion-based digital media creation
- Apply knowledge of composition, lighting, audio, and other media production techniques
- Edit motion-based content for use on websites, social platforms, and internal communications
- Plan and prepare for projects, including storyboarding, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics
- Create and refine graphic design assets during peak marketing periods
- Ensure all visual materials meet brand standards and accessibility expectations
- Serve as the digital asset librarian by organizing, tagging, and maintaining the photo and media library
- Manage and archive model release forms to ensure compliance with all captured content
- Collaborate closely with creative and strategic partners to elevate the visual identity of Penn State Online Education and Penn State World Campus
