Requirements

• Capture and create digital media content for online programs, events, and brand storytelling
• Demonstrate strong skills in photo capture and motion-based digital media creation
• Apply knowledge of composition, lighting, audio, and other media production techniques
• Edit motion-based content for use on websites, social platforms, and internal communications
• Plan and prepare for projects, including storyboarding, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics
• Create and refine graphic design assets during peak marketing periods
• Ensure all visual materials meet brand standards and accessibility expectations
• Serve as the digital asset librarian by organizing, tagging, and maintaining the photo and media library
• Manage and archive model release forms to ensure compliance with all captured content
• Collaborate closely with creative and strategic partners to elevate the visual identity of Penn State Online Education and Penn State World Campus
