Job Description
Penn State is seeking CNA Instructors to teach at various locations in PA. The instructor will teach CNA training programs, evaluate student progress, and maintain accurate records. A current RN or LPN license and teaching experience are preferred.
Requirements
- Must hold a current RN or LPN license for a minimum of 2 years
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in long term care facility as an RN or LPN
- Possess or have the ability to obtain the Train the Educator (TTE) Nurse Aide Instructor certificate
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification (preferred)
- PA State Police Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
- FBI Criminal Background Check
