Job Description
The Pennsylvania University Intercollegiate Athletics department is hiring Part-Time Event Management Interns to assist with all aspects of event management for all regular season intercollegiate home athletic events.
Requirements
- hang up/take down flags
- distribute/collect event equipment
- sign in event staff
- ensure proper set up/tear down for event
- greet visiting team/officials and escort to locker rooms
- direct security and other event staff as needed
- take attendance and ensure a safe, fun, enjoyable environment for all participants
- prep/wrap up work in the office
- assist with all aspects of possible Special Events and Big Ten/EIVA/AHA/NCAA Championships and Tournaments
