Penn State Mont Alto Housing and Food Services Campus Dining is looking for responsible and energetic employees to work on the serving line and food stations. The job offers competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Work on the serving line and food stations as required
• Ensure correct portion size is distributed
• Move food to and from serving line and food bars as required
• Cook to order and finish short preparation foods
• Set up and check dishes, utensils, signs, condiments, etc. for serving lines and food bars
• Prepare items for serving, including vegetables, salads, dressings, sauces, condiments, baked goods, sandwiches, wraps, parfaits, etc.
• Operate equipment including broilers, grills, fryers, convection/combi ovens, pizza and toaster ovens, dough press, steam tables, kettles, blenders, food processors, mixer, slicer, chopper, coffee/beverage machines, etc.
• Clean work area, dining area, and equipment
