Job Description
Part Time Membership & Outreach Attendant-Tennis role at Penn State University Park requires dynamic, problem-solving students with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include greeting patrons, processing transactions, troubleshooting issues, and promoting Campus Recreation memberships and services.
Requirements
- Must successfully complete the following 3 clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and FBI Criminal Background Check
- Successfully complete Pediatric CPR/First Aid after hire
- Ability to positively interact with patrons and employees alike
- Strong critical thinking skills
