Part-Time Student Building Supervisor - Campus Recreation

The Part-Time Student Building Supervisor position is responsible for supervising student staff members, providing customer service, and ensuring the safety and security of Campus Recreation facilities. Building Supervisors must have strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as experience working in a recreational facility.

Requirements

• Average of 10-15 hours of work per week
• Genuine interest in serving students and patrons
• Willingness to learn and be open to training and development
• Knowledge of recreational sports programs
• Positive leadership skills
• Effectively supervise and train others
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of Competitive Sports and FitWell policies and procedures
• Ability to think on your feet and make decisions based on training and available information
• Professionalism in responding to challenging situations and conversations
• Effective communication in both group and individual settings
• Able to lift 45 pounds with or without accommodation
• First Aid and Adult CPR/AED Certification
