Job Description
The Department of Electrical Engineering at Penn State University is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar to work on RF & mmWave integrated circuits (ICs) and systems under the supervision of Prof. Wooram Lee.
Requirements
- PhD in electrical engineering by the start date
- Strong focus in analog and RF integrated circuits
- Expertise in mmWave circuit design using advanced CMOS or SiGe process
- Electromagnetic simulations using HFSS and EMX
- Antenna design
