Job Description
We seek a Shop Manager who is responsible for supervising shop staff, maintaining shop equipment and warehouse facility, and providing technical support to customers. You will provide hands-on direction, guidance, training, and supervision on the shop floor, oversee dispatch/logistics functions, and ensure company paperwork is completed timely and accurately.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the shop
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Proficient in quality control procedures and understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
