Job Description
The Winding Supervisor 2nd Shift position involves supervising a team of employees in Winding Operations, acting as a liaison between departments, and ensuring manufacturing adherence to schedules. The role requires coordinating activities, ensuring quality, and implementing solutions to improve production. This position reports to the Production Manager and contributes to efficiency and employee relations within the winding operation.
Requirements
- Execute manufacturing schedules based on management requirements.
- Ensure timely manufacture of coils, coil packages, and transformer insulation.
- Maintain KANBAN/5S methods within the Winding area.
- Ensure quality of product.
- Enforce Plant Safety and Work Rules.
- Track and reduce absenteeism.
- Analyze potential problems.
