Job Description
Penny Lane Centers seeks a Housing Services Case Manager (Floater) to provide direct case management and support services to chronically homeless individuals in their Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling, Criminology or Social Welfare, Child Development, or other relevant fields
- 2 years experience working with vulnerable populations and at-risk youth in a public or private child welfare social services setting
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred (verbal and written skillset)
- Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; clean driving record
