Requirements

• Assist the Sales Managers and General Manager in planning and forecasting goals and objectives
• Conduct monthly meetings with department employees to discuss activities and problems
• Reach sales goals on strict timeline requirements
• Assist with training and support sales staff
• Grow revenue and profitability in sales territory
• Monitor the performance of all Sales Department staff
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Communicate effectively with department managers and employees
