Drive For Excellence Grimsby Hyundai is seeking a Financial Services Manager with a proven track record to join their exceptional team in Niagara. The successful candidate will be serving our customers and provide them with an exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Utilize systems and procedures, deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions
- Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs
- Maintain a current knowledge of third-party financing options and be able to present such options to customers
