Sales Consultant (AutoPlanet Brampton)

AutoPlanet Brampton is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, automotive sales experience, OMVIC certification, and dealer CRM system experience. The role requires strong customer service skills, time management, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will drive for excellence, learn and maintain solid product knowledge, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Automotive Sales Experience preferred
• OMVIC Certification is required
• Dealer CRM system experience is required
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
• Strong computer skills
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions
• Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating
• Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure
• Well-spoken, friendly and articulate
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
