Brampton North Nissan is looking for a Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. The Service Advisor will identify, recommend, and document service maintenance and repairs for customers, deliver personalized service, and strive to meet departmental repair order production standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience in the automotive service industry
- CDK experience is required
- Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities
- Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to our loyal customers
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
