Job Description
Join Pentair as an Automation & Controls Engineer and drive hands-on projects involving PLCs, robotics, and industrial control systems. Work alongside passionate problem-solvers committed to creating a better world for people and the planet through smart, sustainable water solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with automation systems in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments
- Proficiency with industrial control platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Fanuc
- Experience applying Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
