Requirements

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution
• 5 years of engineering design experience in a high-volume production and product development environment with a focus on consumer products or appliances
• Project management experience required. Lead projects with minimal management direction
• Experience using engineering tools (FMEA's, DOE, DVP&R, RCCM, PLM, Risk Analysis, Statistics, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of product improvement processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
